The staff, including Kritika Mam, Vikas, and Chetan, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the room service was efficient, and the housekeeping team ensured cleanliness was maintained at all times. While the room was slightly chilly, the availability of heaters during extreme winters is a thoughtful touch. the hot water supply was reliable, and the spacious room with a balcony provided exceptional views of the surrounding mountains. Although a bit far from the city center, the hotel offers a taxi service for convenience. In terms of amenities, I appreciated the availability of a restaurant offering great breakfast options. the value proposition of this hotel lies in its attentive staff, clean facilities, and serene location.
